To be on the safe side, I called the bus company twice to see which hours they have, what day buses

This is Africa ... | Evelina Elisabeth
Now everything starts to fall into place for the family's visit to Zimbabwe. Today I mailed out a full schedule for my family where day during their two weeks in Zim karläggs. So typical of me, I must say! It now remains to fix the bus tickets from Harare to Victoria Falls which I had planned to purchase today after work.
To be on the safe side, I called the bus company twice to see which hours they have, what day buses leave and specifically asked if they have started selling tickets for April yet. They have consistently provided the same answer to my questions, which certainly does not match the site's information. But considering the phone calls I thought it should be a green light and went after work down on the town, about 20 minutes in the car in the opposite direction from where I live. I stepped into the office and explained that I wanted the bus tickets from HRE Vicfalls April 1. This explains the woman behind the counter that they have started container enquiry selling tickets for April yet. I then explain that I specifically container enquiry riding into town just to buy them bus tickets and that I also have called them twice to double check that they really have released tickets. She then explains that during the day have changed their minds and decided to start selling bus tickets for April, starting March 6. Who knows, maybe tomorrow they change the date again, or they will do it. I got some flashbacks from South America when this happened, the feeling that things will always be so incredibly tedious is nothing to my taste. I sincerely hope that the tickets will go on sale on March 6 but highly container enquiry doubt it, it will probably have to call them every day to check how the plan looks like. This is Africa ...
