I started the day with a really good liverwurst sandwich. I slept namely a bit frizzy at night and thus considered that I was worthy of a purchase sandwich. Hello, you are so clever otränar on, it will go splendidly, I'm sure. Just do not forget to rest as much as possible between everything. On Friday me and my husband go to Stockholm o be over the weekend. Would be really funny if I got to see you when you're running out o! Then I promise to cheer! Hug Marie

It will go well and a little nervousness now does enough just to body and skull tunes to perform good one a week! You know the theme of the exercise form Sha'bam (a form of konditions-/danspass my wife likes): "Come as you are, leave as a star" Should work decently for you as peppery spirit mantra June 1 when you get a dip

Dear Tove! I keep my fingers crossed now for you before Marathonet! I know it will go so damn good. I like your written language so very much. Many fine words. One thing: you've written a lot about different magträningar and I would need some new exercises. The usual on the ball, I can, and Plank, etc. But then you have some other names I do not know what it is. Danish special? It was called so and so few others. Can you describe in more detail how these go to? Were fun to get some tips. It is so easy to get stuck in the same abdominal exercises and will not be further as well. Instructions with photo wanted! I have a Panasonic Lumix FT4. An ordinary camera but that withstands shock and water. Not an underwater camera altså but works if it rains and you accidentally drop it in the ground and so on. So perfect for all löparväder that might pop up. However, worse in poor light conditions.
